Made to be non-stick so you'll no longer need to grease your pans or baking sheets to ensure your goodies stay in one piece. Also doubles as a work mat for kneading dough, making pasta or other tasks requiring a non-stick surface.

Thick and heavy-duty
Can be used in the refrigerator, freezer, microwave and oven
Measurements: Half-Sheet 12"W x 16"L ; Full-Sheet 16"W x 24"L
100% food grade platinum silicone is safe for temperatures ranging from -76 to +446°F.
Wash in hot soapy water, rinse, and dry. For the dishwasher, place mats in the upper rack, making sure that they don't fall and touch the bottom drying element when it is hot.
Do not cut on mats with sharp objects (knives, forks, etc.)
Do not put in direct contact hot surfaces (open flames, heating elements, etc.)
Do not wash with harsh detergents or abrasive sponges
Silicone ring to keep mat in rolled position for storage.
Made in Italy and responsibly sourced via a small family business in Los Gatos, California.
Damaged mats can be returned to the company for recycling.
